Maja Vrtarić

Maja Vrtarić is currently a strategic partner for people and culture (HR BP) at Zagrebačka banka. Previously, Maja served as a State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Croatia from 2008 to 2010, and was the Head of Office for General Affairs of the Croatian Parliament and the Government from 2004 to 2008. Maja's career at Zagrebačka banka began in 2000, where they worked as a Human Resource Business Partner and later as a Retail Branch Manager until 2020, overseeing a team dedicated to serving individual and small business clients. Maja holds a Master of Economics in Organization and Management from the University of Zagreb, obtained in 1996.
