You’ve built a life of influence. Now it’s time to build a body that can carry it.

If you’re a high-performing executive, entrepreneur, or leader, you already know what success takes: long hours, high stress, and unrelenting standards.

But somewhere along the way, your health took a backseat.

Your energy isn’t what it used to be.

You’ve lost muscle, gained weight, or both.

And deep down, you know your current habits won’t carry you through the next decade—at least not well.

That’s where Empowerment Fitness comes in.

After 20+ years as a United States Marine, Naval Officer, fighter pilot, CEO, and health coach, I’ve seen firsthand what happens when high achievers neglect their physical well-being. My mission now is simple:
To help you reclaim control of your health—without sacrificing your performance, your family, or your faith.

Here’s how we do it:

🔹 Personalized Strategy – No generic plans. Your training, nutrition, and habits are built around your lifestyle, goals, and limitations.
🔹 Data-Driven Precision – We use real metrics to track progress, fine-tune your plan, and keep you performing at your peak.
🔹 Concierge-Level Support – From dining out to travel, you’ll have white-glove guidance every step of the way—including a stretch + recovery protocol tailored to your body.

This isn’t just another program. It’s a 90-day transformation built for men and women who demand more from themselves—and expect results that last.

We’ll rebuild your body, strengthen your mind, and lay the foundation for decades of high performance.

Faith. Discipline. Ownership. That’s how we lead.
And that’s how you’ll win—at home, at work, and in life.

If you're ready to stop negotiating with your health and start showing up at your highest level, let's connect. Your next chapter starts with a conversation.
