Patrick Lawler

Patrick Lawler has extensive experience in public administration and consulting. Currently serving as COO at ZacTax since September 2014, Patrick also holds the position of Partner at Eight20 Consulting, which has been active since January 2010. Previously, Patrick worked for the City of Hudson Oaks from December 2007 to March 2020, where responsibilities included both City Administrator and Assistant City Administrator roles. Academically, Patrick earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University.
