Robert Hanna

Robert Hanna currently serves as the President of Strategic Services at ZacTax, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained in municipal management, including roles as City Manager for the City of Abilene, Texas, from May 2015 to July 2025, and City Manager for the City of Denison from March 2011 to May 2015. Additional positions include Assistant City Manager for the City of Weatherford, Texas, City Administrator for the City of Hudson Oaks, and Airport Operations Manager and Management Assistant for the City of Denton. Robert Hanna holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas, completed in 2001, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Sociology, History, and Political Science, obtained in 2000 from the same institution.
