Zaepfel Development, founded in 1974, is a Williamsville, NY-based real estate development firm. Today, Greg Zaepfel and his son James Austin oversee a diverse portfolio of over 50 properties across Western New York, spanning more than 2.5 million square feet. While the majority of Zaepfel's assets are office, however, the portfolio includes a significant amount of industrial, medical office, mixed-use, and residential properties. Our dedicated team manages every aspect of our project portfolio, ensuring long-term value for our clients and communities.

Currently, Zaepfel is undergoing a transformative phase through the restructuring of our portfolio, new hires, and we have our sights set on expanding into the Florida market.
