John Seffernick

John Seffernick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology deployment. Currently serving as Managing Director at ZÆTHER since July 2022, Seffernick previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at NECI from May 2009 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing a customer success organization and ensuring clients achieved their digital vision. Earlier roles at NECI included Director of Solution Development and Solution Architect, focusing on delivering technical solutions and leading teams to meet customer objectives. Seffernick's career also includes significant positions at Cascade Solutions as Regional Manager and at CB&I and Westinghouse Electric Company as an Electrical Engineer, working on environmental cleanup and automation projects. Seffernick earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University in 1994.
