John K. Thomas

John K. Thomas has extensive experience in the tire industry, with a focus on sales and marketing. John K. currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at ZAFCO, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Giti Tire Corporation as the Vice President of Sales for Commercial Tires - West from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing and growing commercial sales in the West and North America.

Before joining Giti Tire Corporation, John held various leadership roles at ZAFCO, including Vice President of Sales - West USA from 2019 to 2021. In this position, they directed all product sales in the western states of the USA and Northern Canada. John K. also has experience at Sentury Tire North America, LLC as the Director of Sales for the West USA and Canada from 2017 to 2018, where they played a key role in developing sales and marketing strategies for a new product.

Earlier in their career, John served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Nexen Tire USA from 2015 to 2016, where they managed the outside and inside sales teams and developed channel strategies to increase sales. John K. also worked at Giti Tire Corporation as a Sales Vice President from 2006 to 2016, overseeing sales and marketing of consumer and commercial tires.

John's tire industry experience dates back to 1995 when they started as a Western Regional Sales Manager at Treadways Corporation/Sumitomo Tire Corp. John K. also held leadership positions at Falken Tire Corporation and Dunlop Tire Corporation before that.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated proficiency in developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue goals.

John K. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Marketing, and Mathematics from the University of Utah.
