Omer Samet

Omer Samet is a dedicated security researcher currently working at Zafran Security since December 2024. Prior to this role, Omer held multiple positions at Armis from January 2021 to December 2024, including Threat Intelligence & Data Analysis Tech Lead and Senior Cyber Security Data Analyst. Omer's experience also includes serving as a Security Researcher at Claroty from February 2019 to November 2020 and as a Cyber Security Researcher Analyst in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 from November 2013 to August 2018, where Omer led a team of cyber researchers and analysts. Responsibilities have included researching target networks, identifying security vulnerabilities, leading cyber operations, and utilizing scripting languages such as Python and SQL to enhance work efficiency and analytical outcomes.
