As Vice President of Product Development, Bob Mallon is responsible for launching new market innovations, managing product and engineering teams, and driving technology strategy at Zagster. He originally joined the company in 2016 as VP of Product, a role in which Bob managed software application and bike development processes while improving performance, cost, and maintainability. From 2010 to 2015, he worked as VP of Client Services for Modo Labs, a venture-backed SaaS start-up launched at MIT. Bob is also a well-decorated academic: he holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering from Lehigh University, plus an MBA from Babson College.
