Starting first as M.M. Zahid & Bros in the late 1940s and later on as Zahid Tractor in 1967, the company has evolved into two core business units – Construction Machinery Division (CMD) and Commercial Vehicles Division (CVD).
 
Zahid Tractor CMD distributes Caterpillar machinery and equipment across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provides fully integrated products and tailor made services to its customers across a multitude of industries in the Kingdom.
 
Zahid Tractor CVD is the distributor of Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Buses and Higer Buses in Saudi Arabia, and provides best-in-class sales, after-sales and maintenance solutions to each of its customers.
