Xia P. has extensive work experience in the field of clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, and bioanalysis. Xia currently holds the position of Global Head of Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, and Bioanalysis at Zai Lab since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director at Invivyd from 2021 to 2022 and as the Associate Director at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2020 to 2021. Xia also worked as a Principal Scientist at Regeneron from 2019 to 2020 and as a Reviewer at FDA from 2015 to 2019. Xia started their career as an Instructor at MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2012 and worked there until 2015.
