Charles Cruz has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Charles began their career as a System Support Analyst at Philippine Airlines in 2009, where they assisted users with software and equipment utilization. Charles then worked at Damco as a Kewill Support Process Expert from 2010 to 2014, where they resolved service interruptions and provided troubleshooting support for data quality issues. Following that, Charles worked at ServiceSeeking Pty Ltd as a Web Developer, responsible for creating and optimizing microsites and landing pages. Charles then joined Home School as a Ruby on Rails Developer for a year. In 2017, Charles joined ZigZag Offshoring (later known as Assembly Payments), initially working in support and engineering before becoming an Integration Engineer. Throughout their time at Assembly Payments, which is now called Zai, Charles prioritized customer value, contributed to the product roadmap, and ensured improvement of customer experience. In their most recent role as a Senior Integration Engineer, Charles worked with over 200 companies, focusing on reducing distractions for customers and enhancing their experience through products, services, and daily interactions.

Prior to that, they attended Bulacan State University from 2005-2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
