David Rockwood

David Rockwood, FCA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance at Zai Australia, having joined the company in April 2024. Prior to this role, David spent over a decade at Barclays, where responsibilities included senior finance transformation and strategy management, resulting in significant process improvements, cost savings, and the successful delivery of an automated reporting project. David's earlier experience includes senior analyst and managerial roles at National Australia Bank and various financial positions at Pitcher Partners and AS Partners. Educated in accounting with degrees from Monash University, along with additional qualifications in project management and Chartered Accountancy, David has consistently demonstrated a strong capability in financial analysis, reporting, and teamwork throughout a diverse career.
