Jeff Wong

Jeff Wong has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeff is currently working as an Enterprise Account Manager at Zai since May 2022. Previously, Jeff worked at PayPal from July 2019 to March 2022, where they served as a Customer Success Manager - Large Enterprise. In this role, they focused on building strong relationships with PayPal merchants and solving their unique challenges. Before PayPal, Jeff worked at Sun Life Financial from March 2014 to March 2019, where they held two roles. First, they were a Regional Sales Associate, responsible for building relationships with insurance advisors and providing education and training. Later, they became an Account Manager, where they established and maintained relationships with Business Development Managers and Principals of Managing General Agencies and National Accounts. Prior to Sun Life Financial, Jeff worked at Raymond James Ltd. as a Business Analyst, where they offered support and training to operational functions and streamlined processes. Jeff also had a role as a Finance Business Analyst at Attain Solutions, where they developed an understanding of client business processes and incorporated accounting functions into system capabilities. Jeff started their career as an intern at Gumtree Australia / eBay Inc. and later worked as an Investment Representative at TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage.

Jeff Wong's education history includes a Bachelor's of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Alberta, which they completed in 2004. Following this, they attended the Canadian Securities Institute in 2006, although no degree or field of study is specified. From 2009 to 2011, Jeff studied at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) and obtained a degree in Digital Media and IT with a focus on Business Analysis.
