Our vision is to increase STEM based instruction to young girls in Sub-Sahara Africa and expand their opportunities by tapping into a vast professional scientific network globally.

Our goal is to 

•	Engage and mentor young women in the dialog of the girl child being MORE 
•	Help break through limitations on her educational development and enrich STEM based instruction within local education systems
•	Create a platform to support professionals from various STEM industries to become career mentors for aspiring STEM students 
•	Execute an annual service trip, where volunteers travel to selected areas in Africa to carryout STEM camps
