Our production is certified Organic (EU), COSMOS, Halal, Kosher, and Food & Feed grade when required.
 
But we don’t just extract essential oils — we cultivate ecosystems, regenerate soils, and create dignified rural jobs in a depopulated area. Pioneering a model of clean and traceable essential oil production, we’re reimagining what responsible sourcing looks like.
 
The name Zalabí comes from the valley where it all began — a high plain nourished by Sierra Nevada snowmelt, known locally as a Mediterranean oasis. That land didn’t just give us roots. It gave us direction.
