Anja Bergner

Anja Bergner is a seasoned marketing professional with a focus on employer branding and community marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Employer Branding Manager at Zalando since April 2021, Anja leads strategic initiatives that align business priorities with employer branding efforts, providing consultancy to senior leadership and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles at Zalando include leading strategic employer branding initiatives in the B2B business area and developing employer brand strategies for tech talent across Europe. Anja's experience also encompasses community marketing at NextPit GmbH, where innovative strategies increased brand engagement and loyalty, as well as marketing communications in various international contexts. Anja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from the University of Augsburg.
