Ciaran Davies

Ciaran Davies serves as the Head of Corporate Development M&A at Zalando since August 2022, having previously held the position of Director M&A at Berlin Brands Group for a brief period in early 2022. Prior to this, Ciaran was the Lead Corporate Development M&A at Zalando SE from May 2017 to January 2022 and worked as an M&A Senior Associate at PwC from 2012 to April 2017, where PwC ranked as the leading M&A financial advisor in 2016. Ciaran's educational background includes studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, The University of Law (where degrees in GDL, LPC, and LLB were attained), and The University of Edinburgh, earning a Master of Arts in German. Early education was completed at Wilmslow High School.
