Jay Kaufmann

Jay Kaufmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Artist for the Mahamangala Project, Jay expresses insights related to spirituality and the human experience. At Zalando, Jay holds the position of Senior Principal Product Designer, leading teams to create innovative size and fit experiences and overseeing design operations that enhance collaboration among designers and researchers. Jay's previous roles at Synapse Studio, Major Sales GmbH, and multiple stints at 1&1 Internet AG reflect a strong focus on usability, customer satisfaction, and the development of user-centered design methodologies. Jay earned a BFA in Sculpture from the University of Washington and holds degrees in English and Communications from Earlham College and Goshen College.
