Leonidas Lefakis

Leonidas Lefakis is a Senior Principal Applied Scientist at Zalando SE, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they worked at Zalando in various roles from 2014 to 2016, including Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist. Before this, Leonidas was a Research Assistant at Idiap Research Institute from 2010 to 2014. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Machine Learning from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Cum Laude, from Utrecht University, as well as a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
