They have held pivotal roles in operations and supply chain management, previously leading teams at companies such as Danone Waters, where they managed logistics and supply planning for prominent brands like Evian and Volvic. At Zalando, Luke has overseen substantial operations involving a 300 FTE photo studio and has been instrumental in optimizing replenishment processes. In addition to their corporate experience, they operated a self-employed photography business serving high-profile clients. Luke currently heads Planning & Performance at Zalando's in-house Creative Hub, managing a substantial budget and a diverse team.
