Pascal Richter

Pascal Richter is the Lead Enabling Technologies at Zalando SE, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources Information Technology management within the internet industry. Previously, Pascal completed an apprenticeship as a Specialist for Labour Promotion and Social Insurance at Agentur für Arbeit Wesel/Duisburg. Pascal has held various roles at Zalando, including HR IT Consultant and Working Student, where they contributed to HR process management and employee services. With a Master’s Degree in Labour and Human Resources Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, Pascal is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Auditing & Taxation at Hochschule Bochum.
