Simon Percic

Simon Percic is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Zalando since January 2017, overseeing multiple business-critical backend and mobile application teams. With a proven track record in technology leadership, Simon has held various positions, including Engineering Manager and Feature Team Lead, delivering impactful projects across different product areas. Prior to Zalando, Simon co-founded ProAndroidDev, an influential platform for Android professionals, and gained extensive experience at several tech firms, including Kamino d.o.o. and Sportradar, where responsibilities included leading teams in software development and architecture. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Ljubljana.
