Tian Su

Tian Su is a seasoned leader in product and technology with a focus on AI-driven personalization, search, and user experience innovation at Zalando, currently serving as VP of Product & Tech. With extensive experience leading cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and data scientists, Tian has championed customer experiences and digital transformation across various organizations, including Walmart and 7-Eleven. As an advisory board member for both the DFW Chinese IT Association and OneCareer易职, Tian has provided strategic insights in AI/ML and analytics. Education includes a PhD in Immunology from Yale University, an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MS in Cell Biology from Heidelberg University, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Peking University.
