We are the link between Eastern Canada merchants and companies. In addition to promoting products for inclusion in businesses, Zale Outdoors ensures that the merchant is successful in sales. The contacts acquired in recent years with business owners, their employees, the media and the outdoor community, represent a major asset to our agency. The growth of the market for the companies we represent is very important at Zale Outdoors, in all regions of Quebec. In our opinion, knowing the strengths and particularities of each territory is the key to success. Our Pro Staff team helps us to know the usefulness of each product in their respective regions, nothing better than a real story about a product to give confidence to merchants and customers. In addition, this dedicated and dynamic team is present at events, in businesses, and active on social networks to guide fishermen and women and men and women hunters to achieve success in their sport. In short, Zale Outdoors cares about the satisfaction of the companies it represents, customers and contractors.

In our opinion, the success of a good agency is simple:
• Listening to our companies and our customers
• Responding quickly to emails and phone calls.
• Facilitating the purchases of merchants
• Providing excellent after-sales service
• Providing the tools to the merchants to know the products well and facilitate sales with training, explanatory videos, promotions, Pro Staff present in stores during events, etc.
