Hung Pham

Hung Pham is a Senior Data Scientist at Zalo, where they have been working since 2020. With four years of experience as a Data Engineer, Hung tackled complex big data systems and scalability challenges, notably designing and building machine learning models for user recommendations in the telecommunications sector. They previously contributed to customer behavior analysis at Viettel Network Technologies Center, developing scalable systems using technologies such as Spark and Kafka. Hung holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, earned in 2018.
