Jericka B. is an experienced content and social media marketing professional with a diverse background in digital advertising and marketing communications. Currently serving as Content Director at HEILO AGENCY since January 2018, Jericka oversees content strategy execution and collaboration with stakeholders. Jericka has also held multiple roles as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at ZALORA Group, Zilingo, and Universitas Pelita Harapan, focusing on content creation and audience engagement across various social media platforms.
