Amit Deo

Amit Deo has extensive experience in the field of cryptography research. Amit most recently worked as a Senior Cryptography Researcher at Zama, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Crypto Quantique from August 2021. Before entering the industry, Amit worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at École normale supérieure de Lyon from November 2019 to June 2021. Amit began their research career as a Research Intern at NUS-Singtel Cyber Security Research & Development Laboratory from September 2018 to December 2018.

Amit Deo pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Security (Post-Quantum Cryptography) from 2015 to 2019 at Royal Holloway, University of London. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree, a Master of Mathematics (MMath), in Mathematics at the University of Cambridge from 2011 to 2015.
