Kyle O'Brien

Kyle O'Brien is a versatile professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Development at Zama and as a Managing Partner at Unit Ventures, both based in Paris. Previously, Kyle held positions such as Head of Customer Success at Hivebrite and Operating Partner at Revaia, showcasing strong leadership in product marketing and customer relations. They are also the founder of Startup ROI, a project focused on uniting the technology and venture ecosystems in Europe. Additionally, Kyle has served as the host and chairman of State Change since 2025 and remains involved in academia with ongoing education at Brown University, Emory University, and the Rhode Island School of Design.
