Established in 2008, from the beginning Zambeezi has been built on the belief that the best lip balm begins with the best ingredients and those ingredients are cultivated in the hands of people. Through our lip balm, we are connecting the customers of North America to the farmers and beekeepers of Zambia. Providing skin-nourishing products our customers love and which regenerate communities and ecosystems in Zambia.

We are creating viable economic alternatives to destructive logging and mining. We are proudly able to report that the 1,196 farmers in our co-op have been able to more than quadruple their incomes since our project started. Together, we are not simply bringing jobs and income into rural Zambian villages, we are investing in their communities and future.
