Founded in 2005, Zambrero is a fast-growing, global modern Mexican restaurant franchise with 14 restaurants in the UK and over 350 restaurants worldwide, with a mission to help end world hunger.

Our teams serve up freshly prepared burritos and bowls made with fresh ingredients, specially crafted marinades, and flavour-packed signature sauces. But at Zambrero, it’s not just about great food, it’s about doing good.

Through our Plate 4 Plate initiative, we’ve now donated over 100 million meals to people in need, thanks to the support of our amazing customers. It’s this combination of delicious food and giving back that makes Zambrero Feel Good Mex.

We are already Australia and Ireland’s largest Mexican restaurant franchise and are now actively expanding across the UK, creating strategic growth opportunities for ambitious entrepreneurs. Our UK expansion offers large territory options for experienced multi-unit and multi-brand franchise and corporate partners, as well as opportunities for single-unit owners looking to scale with a global brand. With a goal of opening 100 UK restaurants by 2030, Zambrero offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing brand early in its UK journey.

If you are hungry to try something new - or ready to explore an exciting business opportunity - now is the perfect time to discover Zambrero.
