Michael Chan 陈玉涛 has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Michael currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Zand, starting in November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as the Regional Chief Operating Officer for APAC from 2018 to 2022.
Before joining FAB, Michael held various positions at Crédit Agricole CIB, including Managing Director, Management | Corporate Development for APAC from 2015 to 2018. Michael also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia from 2010 to 2015, where they led regional management and oversaw cash management. Additionally, they acted as the Chief Operating Officer for Taiwan from 2008 to 2010.
Earlier in their career, Michael held the position of Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific (Global Markets) and Hong Kong at CALYON Corporate & Investment Bank from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific (Global Markets) at Credit Lyonnais from 1994 to 2004.

Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computing and Information System from Monash University. In 2007, they attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management for an Executive MBA program. Furthermore, they pursued further executive education at HKUST Business School.
