Thomas Ford

Thomas Ford has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Since 2022, they have been working as the Vice President of Engineering and Development at Audiience™, where they interact with the CEO and executive employees to determine product requirements and writes technical requirements for the engineering team. Thomas also handles system planning, technical design review, and project management using Agile/SCRUM methodology.

Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Zant Technologies from 2020 to 2022, serving as the Chief Executive Officer. In this position, they were responsible for various tasks such as Azure resource architecture, billing management, interviewing and recruiting team members, gathering software requirements, and managing client accounts. Thomas also took part in developing websites and android applications, as well as leading project teams.

From 2018 to 2020, Thomas worked at PK Solutions as a Solution Engineer and later as a Software Engineer. In these roles, they engaged in a wide range of responsibilities including Azure full stack ownership, sales consulting, architecture design, and web application development. Thomas also contributed to project management, collaborating with product managers, designers, developers, and QA teams.

Thomas began their career in 2016 as a New Hire Systems Developer at InfoSync Services. In this role, they developed and maintained a system for importing/exporting employee information and worked with SQL, API, VB.NET, and C# programs. Thomas has also held positions such as Project Manager at CybertronPC, Research Assistant at Wichita State University, and Owner/CEO at Team 4th Dimension Software Solutions.

Additionally, Thomas had internships at New York Life Insurance Company and previous experience as a crew member at Blakes Lawn and Landscape.

Thomas Ford earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Kansas, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In September 2016, they obtained a Professional SCRUM Master certification from Scrum.org.
