Amir Askari started their work experience as a Fullstack developer at Day Out With The Kids in September 2018 and worked until September 2019. Amir then joined Diabetes Digital Media (DDM) in September 2019 as an Android Developer and worked until January 2022. Currently, they are working as an Android Developer at Zapmap since January 2022.
Amir Askari completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Fars Science and Research Azad University from 2008 to 2012. Amir then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Coventry University, studying from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Amir is pursuing a Master's degree in Web Technologies at UHI, starting in 2020 and expected to graduate in 2023.

Launched in June 2014, Zap-Map.com is a new website dedicated to all aspects of electric vehicles and charging. With the choice of EVs and charging point infrastructure growing rapidly, their aim is to provide current and prospective EV owners with clear, current information, enabling more people to make informed choices and obtain the benefits ofdriving electric.In 2015, Zap-Map launched it’s first mobile app. Available on both iOS and android, it offers EV drivers a way of easily locating charge points on the move.
