Mark Chitty has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark began their career at Films at 59 in 1998, where they worked in technical support, CDROM, DVD, and web development. In 2006, Mark started working as a freelance web developer until 2016. Mark then joined Nomensa as a Principal Web Developer from October 2016 to November 2017. Mark then worked at Built Intelligence as a Principal Developer from December 2017 to April 2019 and as a Technical Director from May 2018 to April 2019. Currently, they serve as a Product Manager at Zapmap since May 2019.
Mark Chitty pursued their undergraduate studies in Electronic Engineering BEng from 1995 to 1998 at the University of Southampton.

Launched in June 2014, Zap-Map.com is a new website dedicated to all aspects of electric vehicles and charging. With the choice of EVs and charging point infrastructure growing rapidly, their aim is to provide current and prospective EV owners with clear, current information, enabling more people to make informed choices and obtain the benefits ofdriving electric.In 2015, Zap-Map launched it’s first mobile app. Available on both iOS and android, it offers EV drivers a way of easily locating charge points on the move.
