Steve Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Steve most recently worked at Zapmap as a member of the Data Products team starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Data Products at the Office for National Statistics from February 2022 to December 2022.
Steve's longest tenure was at Confused.com where they held multiple roles. From November 2020 to September 2021, they served as the Head of Business Development, leading the data product department and supporting the company's growth goals. Additionally, from January 2010 to November 2020, they were the Head of Data Services and Strategic Opportunities, responsible for developing and marketing Confused.com's Business-to-Business Data Suite.
Before joining Confused.com, Steve worked as a Senior Customer Experience Analyst at Lloyds TSB from June 2006 to December 2009. Prior to that, they served as a Finance Manager at ACAS from October 2005 to June 2006.
Steve's early career included roles such as a Customer Experience Analyst at The Number UK Ltd, where they set up the CX team and implemented strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and as the Head of Mathematics at the British School of Lanzarote from September 2001 to October 2003.
Steve Fletcher attended the University of Wolverhampton from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Mathematics.
