William Henderson started their work experience in 2011 at Sainsbury's as a Customer Service Assistant. William then became a PR Ambassador, where they wrote press releases and organized charity events. In 2017, they joined Muddy Boots by TELUS Agriculture as a Customer Support Advisor, providing support to various customers. William later became a Junior Software Test Analyst, performing manual and automation testing tasks. William eventually became a Software Test Analyst, responsible for quality assurance of the Greenlight Grower Management software. In 2023, they joined Zapmap as a QA Engineer.
William Henderson obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Gloucestershire College, The Royal Forest of Dean Campus, during the period of 2009 to 2011. Prior to attending college, they attended Dene Magna from 2005 to 2009, and Hartridge High School from 2004 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications. In 2020, they obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2019, they obtained the API Testing Foundations certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they have obtained the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering from The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in 2015, and The Diana Award - Diana Champion Volunteer certification from The Diana Award in 2014.
