Joanna Lu

Joanna Lu is a Senior Product Designer at Zapier, focusing on making automation work for everyone. Prior to their current role, Joanna worked at Venngage as a Product Designer, Director of Product, Product Design Lead, and Graphic Designer. During their time at Venngage, Joanna crafted the product vision and strategy, identified revenue growth opportunities, developed career growth plans, refined design processes, and led the design of key features. Joanna also worked at NDACT Ontario Farmland Preservation as a Graphic Designer, creating infographic posters and brochures. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from OCAD University.
