Ryan Richards

Ryan Richards is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product marketing, learning experience design, and leadership in educational organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Marketer and Principal Learning Experience Designer at Zapier since November 2019, Ryan has significantly contributed to launching the company's learning portal and enhancing employee training engagement during rapid growth. Prior experience includes directing online learning at CIEE, where Ryan facilitated the adoption of a learning management system by numerous educators and developed impactful online learning experiences. As CEO and Product Manager at Serve Smart, Ryan led the creation of online training for thousands of volunteers, while earlier roles included Executive Director at Nourish International, driving fundraising and volunteer engagement. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from New York University, a certificate in Software Product Management from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree in International Development from Juniata College.
