Jack Millership has extensive experience in research and analytics within major organizations. At Zappi since January 2018, Jack has held several leadership roles, including Head of Research Expertise and Director of Methodological Quality. Prior to Zappi, Jack spent nearly six years at GfK, where responsibilities included managing the Tech 360 product and leading ad-hoc research projects focusing on consumer technology and financial sector insights. Jack also had a brief secondment at Facebook IQ, providing consumer insights through a blend of analytics and research. Earlier in the career, Jack served as a Research Associate at JD Power and Associates, managing consumer research projects across various methodologies in European markets.
