Jack Shields is an experienced product and supply manager with a diverse background in operations and project success. Currently serving as Product Manager (Fieldwork & Supply) at Zappi since July 2018, Jack has also held positions as Senior Supply Manager and Bidding Manager (Operations). Prior to Zappi, Jack worked at Uber as City Launcher (Operations Lead) from August 2017 to February 2021 and gained field operations experience at Google (via Adecco) from May 2015 to May 2017, where roles included Field Operations Lead and Field Operations Specialist. Additionally, Jack was the Record Label Owner at Plastic Fish Records from February 2013 to March 2015, which supported underground bands, and owned foreign language records from 2012 to 2015. Jack holds a degree from Leeds Beckett University, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
