🧀 Daniel Hill

Daniel Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. 🧀 Daniel started their career in 2005 as a Lead Assembler and Office Manager at Blue Table Painting, where they supervised a team of artists and managed project deadlines. 🧀 Daniel then worked as a Proofreader and Translator at Technical Language Service, where they proofed and translated technical patents. In 2006, they transitioned into the customer service field, working as a Supervisor and Customer Service Representative at Convergys/Cingular, handling customer issues and mentoring new agents.

Later in 2006, Daniel joined Teleperformance/Dell Computers as a Technical Support Agent, providing remote support for Dell products and mentoring new agents. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Mountain West Travel as a Japanese Speaking Tour Guide and Logistics Manager, leading tours in national parks and managing recruiting and training programs for guides.

In 2008, they joined Accelerated Payment Technologies Inc. as an Installations Technician, assisting resellers with integrating credit card processing software into retail POS systems. 🧀 Daniel later became an Integrations Specialist, conducting sales engineering and assisting resellers with software integration. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Accelerated Payment Technologies, leading software quality assurance and managing a team of testers and engineers.

In 2012, Daniel joined Global Payments as a Quality Assurance Analyst, specializing in software quality assurance and automated testing. 🧀 Daniel applied industry standards such as PCI-DSS and PA-DSS to maintain security, compliance, and quality. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at William Hill as a Software Test Engineer, conducting software testing of various applications, including mobile sports wagering in New Jersey.

🧀 Daniel'smost recent role is as a Software Engineer at Zapproved, where they have been working since 2018.

Daniel Hill attended Brigham Young University from 2001 to 2007. During their time there, they studied Mathematics, Japanese, and Mechanical Engineering. 🧀 Daniel did not obtain a specific degree. In January 2020, they obtained certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
