Inga Ratniece is a seasoned Business Intelligence professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Intelligence Architect at Zaptec since April 2023, Inga previously excelled as a Lead Technical Specialist at Tietoevry and a Business Intelligence Analyst at Elektroskandia Norge AS. Inga's expertise spans solutions architecture, Power BI development, and project management, demonstrated through successful engagements at Amesto Firstpoint as a Senior Consultant and Accenture as a Business Analyst. Inga's career began at Lufthansa, holding positions such as Account Steering Expert and Sales Support/Analyst, alongside foundational roles in marketing and business development. Inga holds a Master's in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics and is a CEMS MIM graduate from Università Bocconi, complemented by additional education in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Latvijas Universitate.
