Lars Roger Solem is a seasoned hardware developer with extensive experience in product development and circuit board design. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Developer at Zaptec since March 2021, Solem has contributed to the development of Zaptec Go and Zaptec Go 7kW (UK). Prior to this, Solem held various senior roles at Laerdal Global Health from 2016 to 2021, where responsibilities included hardware design and overseeing CE/FCC approvals for products such as NeoNatalie Live and NeoBeat Newborn Heart Rate Meter. Additional experience includes a position at Laerdal Medical from 2011 to 2016, focusing on hardware design for Little Anne QCPR and Moyo Fetal Heart Rate Monitor. Earlier work experience includes roles at Trafsys AS, Nera Networks, and service in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
