Sam Knoop

Sam Knoop has a diverse work experience. From 2019 to the present, they have been working at Zaptic, starting as a Support Engineer and progressing to Quality Engineer. In 2022, they took on the role of Software Engineering Team Lead and is currently working as a Quality Manager. Prior to that, Sam worked as a Programmer at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from 2016 to 2018. Sam also briefly worked as a Customer Service Assistant at The Contact Company in 2016, where they assisted customers with various inquiries and issues. In 2015, Sam worked as a Catering Assistant at Barretts Catering for a brief period.

Sam Knoop completed their Bachelor's Degree in Physics with Astrophysics from The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they attended Calday Grange Grammar School from 2006 to 2013, where they studied Maths, Computing, Further Maths, Physics, and German. No degree was mentioned during their time at Calday Grange Grammar School.
