Peter Mudrý

Peter Mudrý is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors at Brands of ZAR, where they have been serving since 2023. Prior to this role, Peter held various leadership positions in the food and beverage industry, including Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Director at Hotel Lomnica from 2019 to 2021, and General Manager at both Dedes Waterfront Group and Manta Restaurant & Bar between 2015 and 2017. Peter also managed restaurants at Sydney Restaurant Group and VIX restaurant from 2007 to 2015.
