We focus on Muslim immigrant and refugee women in the US, addressing their underrepresentation in professional fields and societal integration. Research indicates that despite being highly educated, these women confront distinct challenges including discrimination, cultural dissonance, and a lack of tailored support leading to an employment rate significantly lower than US-born women.
