Abu Sadeq has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Abu began their career in 2000 as a Programmer/Analyst III at Alcatel. In 2002, they became a Sr. Consultant/SAP Specialist at Accenture, where they were responsible for developing custom web and XML interfaces to SAP. From 2006-2010, they held roles at Lennox International, Inc. and Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division, where they managed multiple eBusiness projects and provided leadership and day-to-day management of the SAP/Legacy Global Development and Production Support teams, respectively. In 2008, they were hired as a Program Manager, PMO at Celanese, where they ran multimillion-dollar IT programs. From 2012-2017, Abu Sadeq worked as Business Unit CIO/CISO at Weir Oil and Gas - Pressure Pumping. In 2016, they founded and became CEO of Zartech, an organization that helps improve cyber security defenses, reduce business risk, and meet regulatory compliance needs. Abu also held a role as a Member of Board of Directors at La Bamba Ltd from 2009-2021 and a Virtual CISO at Confidential from 2017-2021. In 2021, Abu Sadeq became a Member of InfraGard.

Abu Sadeq has a diverse educational background. Abu holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Dhaka, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) from EC-Council in February 2018, ITIL® V3 Foundation Certification from APMG International in July 2014, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) from Project Management Institute in July 2008.
