Matt Plummer

Matt Plummer is the founder and CEO of Zarvana, where they help individuals with professional development and work-life balance. Matt also provides coaching, consulting, and group trainings. Matt is a campaign consultant for a candidate running for governor in California, involved with fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and policy advising. Matt is a contributor to Harvard and Inc. Magazine, writing about accelerating professional development, time management, and leadership. Previously, they worked at The Bridgespan Group, applying strategies to leading philanthropies and national nonprofits, and at McMaster-Carr Supply Company as an operations and sales development manager.

Matt Plummer attended Yale University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Psychology.
