Zasbi is a specialist amenity management company focused on delivering premium residential experiences across prime and super-prime developments.

We manage and enhance amenities including spas, pools, gyms, treatment rooms, cinemas and resident lounge spaces, working closely with managing agents, developers and freeholders to provide a seamless, white-label service tailored to each development.

What makes Zasbi different is the structure behind our delivery. Alongside our onsite teams, we have dedicated Operations, Mobilisation and Consultancy, Procurement, and HR support functions - creating strong layers of expertise that protect standards, support performance and ensure consistency across every site.

We believe amenities should be more than maintained. They should be carefully managed, operationally strong and designed to add real value to both residents and the wider development.
